Q.Is correspondence of allergy possible?
A.We cater to dietary restrictions such as allergies and religious restrictions, but would appreciate your inquiry in advance to ensure ingredients are available.
For severe allergy, we will cook with separate utensils from the general menu as we do for regular allergy menu, but we cannot serve with brand new utensils and plates.
Q.Can breakfast be added to an overnight stay plan with no meal?
Also, how much is per breakfast?
A.It is possible if you inquire in advance or make a reservation at the front desk by 8:00 p.m. one day before your breakfast.
However, if the restaurant is fully booked, we are not able to add reservations, so please inquire as soon as possible.
It is charged 4,000 yen per breakfast.
Q.Can dinner reservations be made?
A.We are sorry, but we do not serve dinner.
The front desk would provide information on restaurants in the NISHIYAMARYOKAN area and assist you to make reservations.
Q.What time can be choose for breakfast?
A.Breakfast time can be choose from 7:30, 8:00, or 8:30.
Q.Is it possible to cancel and refund breakfast?
A.Cancellation of breakfast must be informedby 8:00 p.m. one day before your breakfast.
Please note that breakfast charges are non-refundable.
Q.Is there limit of clothes?
A.There is no dress code, so please come in casual wear or comfortable clothes such as the yukata we provide.
