Q.May I send my luggage before check-in?

A.Yes, luggage may be sent to us by courier service. We will be happy to store it as long as it arrives on your check-in date.
Please contact us by email in advance to let us know what items and how many packages you will be sending.
Please make sure to include your check-in date and reservation name on the shipping label.
 *Please note the following:
・We cannot take any responsibility for damage, loss, or other issues regarding your items.
・Packages cannot be sent to any location on your behalf before your check-in.
・Cash on delivery is not accepted. Please ensure all shipments are prepaid.

 

Q.Can I send my luggage to the next hotel during my stay?

A.You can use Yamato Transport’s delivery service. It usually takes about one day for your luggage to arrive after it is sent.
 *Please note that delivery may be delayed due to weather or traffic conditions.
If you would like to use this service, please inform the front desk at check-in.

 

Q.Can I send my luggage to the airport?

A.Yamato Transport’s service is also available for sending luggage to the airport, but delivery typically takes about three days.
